Dr Mark Rowe is a Consultant Psychiatrist who has a special interest in managing mood disorders and adult ADHD. He has been a visiting Medical Officer to the Northside Clinic Greenwich where he worked in the Specialist Mood Disorders Unit. His interest in mood disorders involves sub-typing depressive disorders and diagnosing accurately persistent mood disorders which may have failed to respond to previous treatments. He utilises the MAP (Mood Assessment Program developed by the Black Dog Institute) to assist in the assessment of both unipolar and bipolar conditions.
Dr Rowe has familiarity with a wide variety of pharmacological treatments used in the management of mood disorders. He has held various roles on Advisory Boards of Pharmaceutical companies.
Dr Rowe sees patients only with a provisional diagnosis of a primary Mood Disorder or an Attention Deficit Disorder. He see patients with a mood disorder from age 15 onwards and ADHD from age 16 onwards.
